1) Avoid carbs and sugar the night prior to the test and and morning of
2) Drink super sugary glucose drink (provided) one hour before the test
3) Eggs and water are a-okay right before the test
Diabetes run in my family so I'm a bit nervous..and since I've been craving sugary things lately..
