What a crazy few days of being in bed all day, all night long. I even started not showering daily cause it was just too painful to move. I finally felt like I was slightly handicapped. Anyways, last night I began feeling really sharp pains every 20 minutes. Is the pain from my cerclage procedure?? Is something wrong down there?? Was I having contractions?? I called Santa Monica hospital and the nurse paged Dr. Tabsh (poor doc, it was already 11pm). He told me to go back to the hospital so off we went. The nurse, Jennifer, monitored my "contractions" for a few hours and then I was released! Phew :)
Good News: False contractions
Bad News: Back to strict bed rest for another (at least) 7 days, 14 days
Oh, I forgot my phone two times in one day today from going back and forth to the hospital and doctor's office and a mommy posted this (story of my life):
