People have been asking me whether or not I've felt my baby move. Nope! No popping feeling, no flutters, no kicking, nada nada limonada until...TONIGHT!
Between my gas, cramps, tummy rumbling, sometimes I'm not sure what's happening down there. I laid my hand below my belly button and felt some weird movements. Could it be the baby kicking? Wait, the baby's head on the bottom..what is going on?! After many minutes, I kept on feeling SOMETHING. Time to holler at Jon across our apartment. I've been known to say/do many false negatives, overthink situations, lalala. Jon places his hand under my belly button and low and behold, he felt something! No kicking, but definitely movement. Baby J was definitely fist pumping. What an incredible feeling as both of us became teary eyed.
Hours later, he is still fist pumping. It's past midnight, you need to go to sleep!
