Month 3 (Part 1): Incontinence

Incontinence was a new term to me postpartum. Right after my anesthesia and catheter wore off after Jaxon's arrival, I lost 100% control of my bladder. The moment they transferred me from my delivery bed to the wheelchair, I peed all over myself and the poor nurses. Oops, that was embarrassing. They made me feel better and said it happens to all new moms. Anyways, fast forward a few days, I was still peeing everywhere. I wore grandma diapers and a few pads all at the same time. I was so worried because I thought it was permanent. I quickly emailed my OB to ask and she said it's called urinary incontinence and that I needed to do 3 sets of 10 kegels daily.

Here I am..month 3, I still am having issues :( Although it's much better than before, I still don't have full control of my bladder. I have to use the bathroom every hour on the clock (minus when I'm sleeping of course). This is my current obstacle I need to overcome things that I was never told post-pregnancy!!
