Week 23 (Part 2): Don't Push Your Luck

This afternoon we went for our routine 2 week post-surgical visit with Dr. Tabsh. #HappyDoctorsDay. I cannot tell you how much more I appreciate doctors, nurses, and the medical staff as I walk this journey.

Finally, we got some GOOD GREAT news!! My CL (cervix length) is ~3.3 cm, the longest it has been since I got knocked up. The cerclage has done amazing and life-changing things for baby j and his mama. After the ultrasound, I hesitated (kinda, not really) and wanted to see if he can "increase" my privileges of being on bed rest.

Me: Dr. Tabash, so can I do more now?
Dr. T: Hm, you can go out to eat once a week
Me: (huge smile)
Dr. T: Jon will be in charge of you for the rest of the pregnancy (first and only time that will ever happen)
Me: Hm, can I start driving?
Dr. T: Don't push your luck. 
Me: Okok :X

It really are the little things :)
